Join us for some FREE, festive neighborhood fun!Scoop the littles and bring them by for some safe & easy Trick or Treating along Portage Ave. and say hi to your local businesses along the way! There are 30 businesses participating within the strip along Portage Ave between Moorgate St. to Lyle St.
