That experience became the foundation of Advantage HR+, intentionally designed to deliver the practical, accessible HR support I once needed as a business owner. I provide fractional HR services, including policy development, safety and health advisory support, workplace investigations, and compensation reviews, as well as contracted, on-demand HR advisory services.
